Watson LIBERIS

Agricultural Operations Coordinator | Ayiti Kapab & CREOLE Inc. Haiti

Watson Libeirs helps lead the implementation of agricultural initiatives for both Ayiti Kapab and CREOLE Inc. in Haiti. His work is grounded in the belief that Haiti can — Ayiti Kapab — strengthen its agricultural sector, increase local food production, and move toward greater self-sufficiency through community-driven solutions.

Working directly with farmers and local communities, Watson supports agricultural development projects that focus on improving productivity, strengthening food systems, and expanding access to essential farming resources. His hands-on approach helps bridge planning and implementation, ensuring that projects create meaningful impact on the ground.

A central part of his work is coordinating CREOLE's Tractor Service, an initiative designed to address one of the major barriers to agricultural production in Haiti: access to mechanized land preparation. Through this service, farmers are able to access tractors and equipment needed to prepare their land efficiently and improve planting cycles. By helping maintain and coordinate these resources, Watson supports increased agricultural output and more organized production systems.

Through Ayiti Kapab and CREOLE Inc., Watson is committed to empowering farmers, strengthening local food production, and helping build a future where Haitian communities have the tools and opportunities to feed themselves and prosper.
